Amazon work from home approach will remain for the close future, the enterprise’s CEO Andy Jassy told the previous week at a meeting, as per a statement.
In a report by CNBC, Jassy spoke at Wednesday’s Code Panel in Los Angeles that the company had no such agendas as to instruct its corporate staff associates who work from home, to reach back to the office.
Jassy told that they don’t have a plan to need staff to come back. They are going to move adaptively as they learn.
On Wednesday, Jassy said that many employees had returned to the office and are working from home on some days of the week. However, he acknowledged that some employees, like those from hardware or creative units, have to return to the office while others, like engineers, can work from home.
