In the case filed by the authorities, it is mentioned that Dhakal has kept the land of Baluwatar in the name of himself, his wife, and sons and daughters.
This is the opinion of Khatiwada and Bhattarai on 24 April.
Dhakal went to the Supreme Court on 11 March 2077 with a petition against the decision of the special court. On 24 April 2078, the Khatiwada and Bhattarai benches were ordered to disagree.
Dhakal is in custody for trial due to disagreement in the court. Judge Khatiwada had ordered Rs 30 million bails from the bench.
Another judge, Bhattarai, had said that he would issue a special order to send him to jail. Due to disagreement between the two judges on the bench, the hearing of Dhakal’s petition has reached the full bench.
The special court had ordered to send him to jail for trial on 28 January 2077.
