Kathmandu: The case of Shobakanta Dhakal, who is in jail for embezzling government land from Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar, has been put on the ‘not to be seen’ list.

The trial judges of the case are Sapna Malla Pradhan, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, and Dr. Kumar Chudal was appointed to the full session.
The special court went to the Supreme Court for a request against the decision.
Earlier, a bench of Justices Ananda Mohan Bhattarai, Prakash Man Singh Raut, and Sapna Pradhan Malla had fixed the case on April 13. At the time, however, the issue was placed on a “watch list.”
A joint bench of Justice Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Justice Bhattarai had ordered a referendum on April 8. That is why the issue has been put on the list of not to be seen.
Dhakal Lalita, who is in jail, is the main accused in the case. Authorities say he and another accused, Ram Kumar Subedi, acted as the main mediator.

In the case filed by the authorities, it is mentioned that Dhakal has kept the land of Baluwatar in the name of himself, his wife, and sons and daughters.
This is the opinion of Khatiwada and Bhattarai on 24 April.
Dhakal went to the Supreme Court on 11 March 2077 with a petition against the decision of the special court. On 24 April 2078, the Khatiwada and Bhattarai benches were ordered to disagree.
Dhakal is in custody for trial due to disagreement in the court. Judge Khatiwada had ordered Rs 30 million bails from the bench.
Another judge, Bhattarai, had said that he would issue a special order to send him to jail. Due to disagreement between the two judges on the bench, the hearing of Dhakal’s petition has reached the full bench.
The special court had ordered to send him to jail for trial on 28 January 2077.
