Babal Nepal: Nepal Election Commission realized that 100000 individuals have registered nominations in 753 parishes in the country for local level elections, which will take place on the same day 30th.
293 metropolitan, suburban, and municipalities have 1,600 – 46 candidates for mayorship. Similarly, there have been 2,800 – 63 candidates for the deputy mayorship.
The Electoral Commission noted in a statement at 10 a.m. that there have been 2,800 63 candidates in the 460 municipal presidencies, while 1,900 56 candidates for the vice-presidential post.
A total of 6,000 743 wards across the country have 24 thousand 1,100 18 candidates, while 7 thousand 6 hundred and 93 female members have 16 thousand 6 hundred and 55 candidates for office.
The commission has informed that there are 344,717 93 candidates forward members, while 14 thousand 9 hundred and 69 candidates have been directed towards Dalit women.
