The labor works under a police DAP Govindappa but Pushpa refuses to work under him. He dares to go against the system and creates his authority and gang. He starts managing all the smuggling and began to sell in crores of rupees. He changes his financial lifestyle and marries Srivelli. After fighting with a new police officer the movie ends on the starting point of revenge.
